All sales are final unless there is an error on our part. If we make a mistake with your order (wrong item, defective product, or shipping error), we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Hendersonandco1@gmail.com or send a text to 540-838-1353 with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item due to a manufacturing issue, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
